About the artist
Lisa Lingi s a Swedish illustrator and artist who primarily works in oil. She is best known for her fashion-inspired illustrations and paintings. Birds and flowers are also recurring elements in her artwork. The color palette is often subdued, but with some surprising accents color such as magenta and bright yellow. The women in Lisa's paintings are calm and thoughtful. The heavy black outline is repeated in many of the paintings, as a flirt to drawing which is also one of Lisa's favorite expression. Every painting has their own story but hopefully the viewer will fill them with their own history and meing.
